Directions
Eastbound & Westbound on I-80
Take exit 244 (Dubuque St.) Turn South on North Dubuque St. for about 2 miles then turn right on West Market Street. Turn left on North Madison; the Memorial Union will be on your right. The main event parking facility, the Iowa Memorial Union Parking Ramp is accessible from North Madison.
Hotel Information
The Iowa House Hotel http://imu.uiowa.edu/reservations/ has blocked several rooms for the conference. Please make your reservation by phone (319 335 3513) to ensure your place with the Iowa Organic Conference Block. Standard rooms are $65 and include parking. We encourage all exhibitors and attendees who expect to spend the night of Sunday, November 18th in Iowa City to book a room at the Iowa House Hotel.
Parking
Parking is available through at the Iowa Memorial Union Parking Ramp and is accessible from West Market Street just before it terminates at North Madison. The standard rate is $1.10/hour if your conference registration did not include parking or you are booked at the Iowa House Hotel at the conference site. Additional parking is available at the North Campus Parking Ramp located at the North end of North Madison.
Change in Plans
Cancellations made on or before November 9, 2012, will be refunded minus a $25 processing fee. No refunds will be processed after November 9, 2012. Cancellations may be made through Event Brite or by contacting the host (kdelate@iastate.edu).

on Sunday, November 18th (reception starts at 5 PM; movie at 6 PM), prior to the Iowa Organic Conference. Filmmaker Deborah Koons Garcia tightly weaves soil science with sustainability to produce a tapestry in which organic agriculture plays a central role in answering the question of: Who will feed the world? We are planning for Deborah to be on hand via Skype to help us host this screening and answer questions. Admission fee included in conference registration or $10 donation requested for attending film and reception (featuring local, organic food and drinks).
